摘要
依据中医理论,从治疗不同病因引起瘀血的活血化瘀类中药复方中选出12个复方。测定了其血小板聚集,复钙时间,凝血酶原时间,纤溶活性及血液粘度体外抗凝的活性。结果证明12个复方中均有不同程度的抗凝活性。
The antithrombic activity of twelve tranditional Chinese medicines, belonging in ABRS, was evaluated through five in Vitro assaying systems, i.o. inhibition of ADP induced platelet aggregation, anticoagulation action, activation of the fibrinolyte system and so on. They all showed antithrombic activities to a certain degree.
