摘要
目的:根据玉参降糖浸膏粉的粉体学特点,优化制备工艺,制备玉参降糖胶囊,并对其质量进行研究。方法:筛选合适的填充剂、粘合剂,制备流动性较好、吸湿性较小的玉参降糖颗粒,灌装后对其质量进行控制。结果:按照玉参降糖胶囊处方称取中药,提取、浓缩、干燥得浸膏粉,加入30%的淀粉,混合均匀,用95%的乙醇制软材、制粒、干燥、整理,将所得颗粒灌装于0号胶囊中,即得符合质量要求的玉参降糖胶囊。结论:通过优化处方及工艺,确定了玉参降糖胶囊的的制备工艺参数,获得安全、有效、质量稳定的玉参降糖胶囊。
Objective：According to the characteristics of Yushen Jiangtang extract powder , optimize the prepa-ration process , the preparation of Yushen Jiangtang capsule , and to study its quality .Methods：Select appro-priate filler , binder , preparation of good fluidity , wettability of smaller Yushen Jiangtang granule , after filling to control its quality , in order to be suitable for clinical formulations .Results：According to the Yushen Jiang-tang capsule prescription of traditional Chinese medicine extraction , weight, concentration, dry extract pow-der, adding 30%starch, mixing evenly, with 95%ethanol made of soft material , pelletizing, drying, finish-ing, the grain filling in capsule , which was consistent with quality requirements of Yushen Jiangtang capsule . Conclusion：Through the optimization of prescription and process of preparation parameters , Yushen Jiangtang capsule preparation is determined and Yushen Jiangtang capsule is safe , effective and has a stable quality .
