摘要
黄精是药食两用的药材,具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的功效。由于近年来需求量增长较快,致使野生黄精被过度挖掘,黄精野生资源减少,影响了黄精的可持续发展。综述黄精繁育技术、人工栽培技术和产品开发研究进展,以期为今后黄精的开发和利用提供一定的参考依据。
The Polygonatum sibiricum Red.is a medicinal material for both medicine and food.It has the function of nourishing qi and Yin,invigorating spleen,moistening lung and nourishing kidney.Due to the rapid increase in demand in recent years,wild Polygonatum sibiricum Red.has been over-excavated,and the wild resources of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.have been reduced,which has affected the sustainable development of Polygonatum sibiricum Red..This article reviews the breeding technology,artificial cultivation and product development of the Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,in order to provide the certain references for development and utilization of the Polygonatum sibiricum Red.in China.
