摘要
亚麻籽油是一种具有较高食用价值和生理功能的营养保健油。本文对亚麻籽油的提取工艺和其生理保健功能进行了详细的综述,并对亚麻籽油将来的研究前景进行展望。
Flaxseed oil was considered as a nutritive oil possessing high edible and physiological function. Extracion technology and physiological function were detailed reviewed in this paper, and prospect of research directions of flaxseed oil was predicted.
