摘要
钢铁件表面前处理过程中产生大量酸洗磷化废水,其成分复杂,除含有大量酸、碱、重金属离子外,还含有大量磷化物,而且水质波动大、可生化性较差,处理难度较大。实践表明,采用碱混凝沉淀+石灰沉淀+砂滤+活性炭吸附工艺处理该类废水,工艺可靠,出水水质稳定并达到排放标准;工程建设投资及运行成本经济可行,可在酸洗磷化类建设项目环评废水治理中推荐使用。
Pickling and phosphorization wastewater which produced in steel surface pretreatment contains acid,alkali,heavy metals and phosphide,etc.The wastewater is irregular discharging,and water quality and biodegradability are poor.Engineering practice shows that by the process of alkaline coagulation sedimentation-lime chemical precipitation-sand filtration-activated carbon adsorption,the wastewater can be successfully treated,the discharged water quality is stable and meets the discharge standard.The construction investment and operating costs of the project is economically feasible.So the process can be used to treat acid pickling and phosphorization wastewater.
