摘要
针对当前中小家具企业对性价比高,针对性强的喷涂机器人有较大需求现状,设计了一种基于PLC控制的喷涂机器人控制系统,系统设计包括机器人控制核心,控制柜主电路和控制电路,控制软件以及喷涂对象跟踪等设计。该系统经实验室现场调试,实现了喷涂机器人的五轴协调运动喷涂的要求,对喷涂机器人的实际应用具有一定参考意义。
The current small and medium-sized furniture enterprises need high performance price ratio,targeted spraying robot.In view of the greater demand situation,the paper designs a kind of spraying robot control system that is based on IPC+PLC controlling.The system design includes the control core of robot,the main circuit of the control cabinet and control circuit, control software and spraying object tracking design etc.The system has been debugged in laboratory,and reslize the re- quirements that coordinates the motion of robot five axis
