摘要
制造过程的质量控制,是实现压力容器本质安全的基础。主要介绍14Cr1MoR(H)钢制变换炉的制造过程,通过对材料、冷作、焊接、检验检测、热处理等关键过程的质量控制,阐述高温变换炉在制造过程中应该注意的问题,为类似压力容器的制造提供借鉴。
The quality control in manufacturing process is the foundation to realize the intrinsic safety of pressure vessel. This paper mainly introduces the manufacturing process of shift converter 14CrlMoR（H）, in which through quality control for the key processes of materials, cold working, welding, ttmting and ir^speetion and heat treatment, problems that should be paid attention to in the manufacturing process of high temperature shift converter are described, providing mferences for the manufacturing of the same kind of pressure vessels.
