摘要
对CO2汽提法尿素装置高压洗涤器防爆筒爆裂事故进行探讨,提出提高尿素装置高压洗涤器本质安全管理理念。采用CO2原料气脱氢技术后,扩大了尿素装置主要参数的调节范围,彻底消除了安全隐患,而且吨尿素一般可降低氨耗2 kg左右。
An inquiry is made into rupture accident of explosion-proof cylinder of high-pressure scrubber of urea unit adopting carbon dioxide stripping process, and it is proposed to improve essential safety management concept of high-pressure scrubber of urea unit. With the adoption of CO2 raw gas dehydrogenation technology, adjustment range of main parameters of urea unit are extended, hidden perils in safety are eliminated thoroughly, and ammonia consumption generally reduces about 2 kg per ton of urea.
