摘要
目的:观测三七总皂苷对大鼠扭体模型的镇痛作用。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组(n=12)、三七总皂苷组(n=12),各组大鼠腹腔给药,12h一次,给药7天。于第8天给药后30min腹腔注射乙酸建立扭体模型,观测给药后15min扭体反应次数。结果:三七总皂苷具有较强的镇痛作用,三七总皂苷组大鼠扭体反应次数明显少于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01)。结论:三七总皂苷对乙酸所致大鼠扭体模型有一定的镇痛作用。
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of panax notoginseng saponins on rat writhing models.Methods:24 SD rats were randomly divided into a saline control group (n=12) and a panax notoginseng saponins group(n=12).The rats were taken intraperitoneal administration,12 hours once for 7 days.After the administration 30 minutes in the 8th day,rats were taken acetic acid intraperitoneal administration. The frequency of body torsion reaction after administration was observed.Results:Panax notoginseng saponins has remarkable analgesic effects and the frequency of panax notoginseng saponins group is much less than that of saline control group( P〈0.01).Conclusion:Panax notoginseng saponins has analgesic effect on rat writhing models by acetic acid.
