摘要
采用低温等离子体技术处理聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)纤维,并设计正交实验和剥离实验,通过测试改性前后PBO纤维与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜之间的剥离强力和剥离功来反映粘结牢度,并验证了改性后PBO纤维粘着性的改善。研究发现:在实验条件下,改性后的PBO纤维与聚四氟乙烯膜之间的剥离强力和剥离功最大可提高58.7%和52.7%,粘结牢度增强,粘着性改善;并通过扫描电镜也观察到改性后PBO纤维粗糙程度增加,同时预测了表面粗糙程度与粘着性有一定的联系。
Low temperature plasma technology has been adopted to modify the surface properties of PBO fiber,and peeling strength and stripping power before and after low temperature plasma modification between PBO fiber and PTFE membrane has been measured by orthogonal test and peeling of test,these reflect the bonding fastness,and verify the improve of PBO fiber adhesive property.The study results show that the peel strength and stripping power has increased significantly between the modified PBO fiber and the PTFE membrane.Peel strength maximum has gone up by 58.7% and the maximum stripping power has risen by 52.7% under this experiment.Bonding fastness between PBO fiber and PTFE membrane has been enhanced.What's more,the adhesiveness of the modified PBO fiber has been improved.The roughness of PBO fiber that has been modified increase by SEM,at the same time,predicting the surface roughness has a connection with adhesiveness.
