涤纶表面改性处理对其增强复合材料冲击性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提高涤纶增强复合材料的界面结合性能,对涤纶进行改性处理,处理的方法有碱、等离子体和硅烷偶联剂等,再与双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂制备复合材料。利用扫描电子显微镜和摆锤冲击试验机对经过改性处理前后涤纶的表面形态以及涤纶/乙烯基增强复合材料的冲击性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:在经过表面改性处理之后,其表面性能改变引起的界面性能变化对复合材料的综合性能产生影响。表面改性后的涤纶表面粗糙程度有了明显地改善,复合材料的冲击强度在碱处理时间为1 h时达到最大,是未经任何处理的2.488倍,经等离子体改性处理后,复合材料冲击韧性是未经任何处理的2.696倍,经硅烷偶联剂处理的试样耐冲击性能最佳,其复合材料冲击韧性是未经任何处理的2.912倍。 In order to improve the interfacial bonding property of polyester-reinforced composites,polyester was modified by alkali,plasma,and silane coupling agents,and then the improved polyester was used to prepare composites together with bisphenol A epoxy vinyl resin.The surface morphology of the polyester before and after the modification and the impact property of the polyester/vinyl reinforced composite were observed,tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and pendulum impact tester.After the surface modification treatment,the change in the surface properties caused by the change in surface properties had an effect on the overall properties of the composite.The results show that the surface roughness of the polyester after surface modification were significantly improved,and the impact strength of the composite material reached the maximum when the alkali treatment time was 1 h,which was 2.488 times of that without any treatment.After plasma modification treatment,the impact toughness of the composite was 2.696 times of that without any treatment.The concrete research shows,the sample treated by silane coupling agent had the best impact resistance property,and the impact toughness of composites was 2.912 times of that without any treatment.
