摘要
由于电极工作长度无法直接测量得到,通过检测电极自重的变化、电极升降位移和压放长度,设计出一种电极工作长度监测系统,从而为操作人员操作电极提供可靠的依据。该系统采用LabVIEW开发操作界面,系统界面友好、简洁、便于操作,能够实时显示电极的工作长度。实际运行表明:该系统对于提高冶炼效率和产品质量以及保障安全生产都具有一定的意义。
A fault diagnosis method based on biogeographic optimization algorithm and neural network was proposed,which employs biogeographic optimization algorithm to optimize both connection weights and threshold of neural network so that low convergence rate and local minimum of the traditional BP neural network can be improved. Applying the optimized neural network to diagnosing pumping unit' s fault shows that the biogeographic optimization algorithm for neural network training is feasible and the diagnosis result has better effectiveness and accuracy.
