摘要
[目的]探究张仲景养阴思想的特点及其在中医临床辨证中的应用,引导医者重视张仲景养阴思想。[方法]从养阴的内涵、养阴的渊源、养阴辨证法及养阴论治法等4个方面分别进行详细论述,并结合具体条文对张仲景的养阴思想进行探析。[结果]在内涵上,张仲景的养阴思想主要指护养人体的阴液;在渊源上,养阴思想与《黄帝内经》和《难经》有着紧密的联系;在辨证上,张仲景采用脉证合参法辨析阴液的盛衰;在论治上,张仲景将"治未病"与养阴思想相结合。[结论]张仲景的养阴思想极具特色,具有重要的临床借鉴意义,值得学者们进一步探究。
[Objective] To study the characteristic of Zhang Zhongjing＇s Yin thought and its application in clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM,causing clinicians＇ attention of Zhang Zhongjing＇s Yin thought.[Methods]This article mainly analyzes Zhang Zhongjing＇s Yin thought from its connotation,origin,syndrome differentiation and treatment in detail,combined with the specific clauses.[Results]On the connotation,Zhang Zhongjing ＇s Yin thought refers to body＇s Yin liquid;On the origin,it is closely related to huangdi neijing and difficulty;On the syndrome differentiation,Zhang Zhongjing used pulse and syndrome differentiation to distinguish the ups and downs of Yin fluid;On the treatment,he combined prophylactic medicine with his Yin thought.[Conclusions] Zhang Zhongjing＇s Yin thought is distinctive,with significant value in clinical application,and its essence needs to be further explored by scholars.
