观赏羽扇豆4个家系种子性状及苗期变异研究

摘要 为揭示观赏羽扇豆种子特性、变异规律及其对苗期生长的影响,以选育的4个家系种子为材料,分析了种子表型特性、种子萌发及与苗期生长的相关性.结果表明:(1)观赏羽扇豆4个家系居群间存在丰富的变异,粉色种子体积最大,红色种子千粒重最重,不同家系种子性状变异系数为2.97% ~ 14.34%,种子比重、千粒重因变异程度高,可作为育种选择重要性状指标;(2)观赏羽扇豆种子重量变异主要依赖种子宽度的变异,种子长度变异小;(3)不同家系种子萌发始于播种后第2天,萌发期为第5天,粉色、红色种子萌发速率系数和萌发指数高于蓝色种子,发芽势提早1d,但蓝色种子发芽率最高;(4)观赏羽扇豆种子千粒重与种子发芽率、发芽势种苗保存率存在显著正相关,种子圆且大利于萌发;(5)观赏羽扇豆饱满种子萌发率高、发芽快、苗保存率高,种子长/宽比与苗期小叶数量存在显著关系.因此,观赏羽扇豆不同家系种子存在丰富变异,通过种子宽变异实现种子千粒重、比重的变异,种子圆、大、饱满利于萌发,且与苗期生长存在联系. In order to reveal the seed characteristics, seed variation and their effects on seedling growth of ornamental lupin, four families of ornamental lupin seeds were used to analyze its phenotypic characteristics, germination and the correlation with seedling growth. The results showed ( 1 ) that there were abundant variations between four family populations of ornamental lupin. Pink seeds had the largest volume and red seeds had the heaviest weight. The seed morphology variation coefficient of different pedigrees was 2.97% - 14.34%. Seed gravity and grain weight can be used as important traits of breeding choice because of its higher variability. (2)Seed weight variation of ornamental lupin was mainly dependent on seed width variation. There was small variation on seed length. (3)The seed started to germinate in the first 2 days after sowing of different ornamental lupin pedigrees. However the germination period was in the first 5 days. Germination rate and germination index coefficient of pink and red seeds were higher than blue seeds, and one day earlier in germination potential. But there was highest germination rate of blue seed. (4)There was significantly relationship between the seed weight and seed germination, germination potential and seed saving rate. Round and large seeds were good for germination. (5)The seed germination rate, germination speed, saving rate were higher with full seeds. There was a significant relationship between seed length/width ratio and the number of leaflets seedling. As a result, there was rich seed variation in the different ornamental lupin pedigrees. Wide variation achieved through seed weight and the proportion of variation. The seeds of round, large and plump were good for germination, which was related with seedling growth.
