摘要
目的：分析研究中医辨证治疗急性心肌梗死的临床治疗效果。方法：通过随机抽样方式选取28例2010年2月～2013年2月期间在我院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者，并将其平均分为两组，即对照组与治疗组，给予对照组患者进行常规与抗凝等对症治疗，给予观察组在对照组的基础上，进行气阴两虚证、痰瘀痹阻证、心阳虚衰证、肝肾阴虚证以及气滞血瘀症的辨证划分，并对患者进行辨证治疗，对两组患者临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果：两组患者进行相应治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率为85.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为57.1%，两组治疗效果相比，差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对急性心肌梗死的临床治疗中，在常规治疗基础上，配以中医辨证治疗，可以有效降低临床症状发生率，对患者心电图有明显改善作用。
Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of acute myocardial infarction treated based on the syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods：Twenty-eight cases with acute myocardial infarction were randomly selected in our hospital from February,2010 to Febrility,2013 and divided into a control group and a treatment group. The patients in the control group were taken routine and anticoagulation treatment, while the patients in the treatment group were divided into different syndromes including Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm obstruction syndrome, heart-Yang deficiency syndrome, liver and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood stasis and given corresponding treatment on the basis of the therapy for the control group. The clinical effects were compared after treatment. Results：After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.7%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 57.1%. Compared with the results, the difference has statistically significant（P〈0.05. Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction, the routine therapy combined with treatment based on differentiation can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical symptoms and have a significant effect on improving the patients electrocardiogram.
