摘要
三峡主体工程的混凝土总量达2800万m3,其中大坝混凝土约2000万m3。大坝混凝土施工是三峡工程能否按照总进度的要求达到计划目标的关键。根据总进度安排,其年最高浇筑量要达到 500万 m3,月最高要达到40万m3,日最高应达到2.0万m3以上。经过对施工手段的多方案比较分析,在充分论证的基础上,决定选用以塔式皮带机连续输送浇筑为主,辅以大型门塔机和缆机的综合施工方案。在仓面工艺设计中,采用了平浇法和台阶法,同时,改革传统工艺,提出并运用塔(顶)带机新工艺。
Out of the total concrete volume of 28 M m3 for the Three Gorges project, 20 M m3 is incorporated in the dam. Smooth placement of dam concrete is the key for reaching expected target according to the master schedule with a maximum yearly placement of up to 5 M m3 , a maximum monthly placement of 0. 4 M m3 and a maximum daily placement of up to 20 000 m3. By comparison of construction means and based on thorough examination, the priority has been given to the towerbelt with a continuous conveying system supported by heavy gantry and tower cranes as well as cable cranes. In practice of construction, 3 new world records were set in 2000, including yearly placement of 5. 48 M m3 , monthly placement of 553 500 m3 and daily placement of 22 000 m3.
