摘要
集CO2焊、单脉冲、双脉冲于一体的多功能数字化焊机已经成为焊机发展的一个重要方面,它具有焊接方便、控制精确、应用范围广等特点。提出了一种直观、精确、模块化的软件思想控制数字化焊机,主要由面板通信各种初始化程序、系统流程控制程序、焊接工艺控制程序以及各种智能优化算法程序组成。详细分析焊接工艺控制程序中的一元化参数储存和P-GMAW软件控制策略。并以P-GMAW焊钢为例进行了实际焊接试验,结果表明该软件策略具有可行性和稳定性。
Multi-function digital welding machine integrating CO2 welding, single pulse and double pulse has hecome an important developing direction. It has the advantages of convenient welding,precise control,and wide applications. A straightforward,accurate, modular software thought was Woposed in the paper to control digital welding machine. It includes various panel communication initialization programs,system process control program,welding process control procedures as well as a variety of intelligent optimization algorithm. The unified parameter storage and P-GMAW software control strategy in welding process control procedure were analyzed in detail. Taking P-GMAW welding steel as example,the actual welding experiment results show that the feasibility and stability of the software strategy.
