不同霉菌毒素吸附剂对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究不同类型霉菌毒素吸附剂对饲喂霉变饲料肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。选取2400只1日龄罗斯308商品肉仔鸡公雏,随机分为16个处理,每个处理5个重复。结果表明:①生长性能:与正常饲料组相比,霉变饲料使肉鸡增重下降,料重比略有提高(P〉0.05)。而添加霉菌毒素吸附剂各组对肉鸡1~14dFCR(料重比)的影响极显著(P〈0.01),其他阶段影响均不显著(P〉0.05)。其中,42d时,以添加1kg/t JM2组(酵母细胞类吸附剂)肉鸡平均体重最高(3086g),1-42d以添加1kg/t FH2(复合型霉菌毒素吸附剂)处理组FcR最低(1.730)。②屠宰性能:不同霉菌毒素吸附剂添加剂量对胴体出成率和腿肌率的影响显著,添加2kg/t霉菌毒素吸附剂可显著提高胴体出成率和腿肌率(P〈0.05)。霉菌毒素及各种吸附剂对免疫器官相对重量和血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响不显著,其中JM1组肉鸡脾脏和法氏囊相对重量均为最高。霉菌毒素吸附剂种类和添加剂量间对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性影响的交互作用显著(P=0.02),其中以添加2kg/tFH2的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性最高(3935VS3086U/m1)。综上,本试验条件下,饲喂肉鸡发霉玉米有降低体重和升高料重比的趋势,添加霉菌毒素吸附剂在一定程度上可以缓解毒素对肉鸡生长的毒害作用。发霉饲料中使用1kg/tFH2,肉鸡1~42dFCR最好;添加1kg/t JM2,肉鸡42d增重最好。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different mycotoxin adsorbents on broiler performance and carcass characteristic. 2 400 1-day-old Ross birds were randomly divided into 16 treatments, 5 replicates in each treatment. The results showed as follows: ① Growth performance: The body weight of broilers fed diets with mycotoxin corn was lower than that fed with the normal diets, FCR (feed conversation ratio)was higher than that of normal diets. Adding mycotoxin adsorbents in diets had extremely significant effect on 1-14 d FCR(P〈0.01). On 42 day of age, broilers fed diets with 1 kg/t JM2 had the highest body weight(3 086 g), group adding 1 kg/t FH2 had the lowest FCR(1.730). ② Carcass characteristic: Additive level of mycotoxin adsorbents had significant effect on carcass yield and thigh rate (P〈0.05), which was better when adding 2 kg/t mycotoxin adsorbents. Different mycotoxin ad sorbents and additive level had no significant effect on relative immune organ weight and serum glutathione peroxidase activity, while broilers in JM1(Yeast cell products)group had the highest relative spleenand bursa weight. Broilers in 2 kg/t FH2 group had the highest glutathione peroxidase activity (3 935 vs 3 086 U/ml). The results indicated that feeding broilers with mycotoxin diets reduced growth performance, while adding mycotoxin adsorbents can relieve negative influence of mycotoxin on broilers. Adding 1 kg/t FH2 in diets can get better feed conversion rate, and broilers had well weight gain by adding 1 kg/t JM2 in diets on 42 d.
