摘要 目的:研究SMAD泛素化调节因子1(SMURF1)蛋白在人胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测68例胃癌及对应癌旁组织中SMURF1蛋白表达情况,分析SMURF1蛋白表达与胃癌不同临床病理特征的相关性。结果:SMURF1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性率为76.5%(52/68),而在对应癌旁组织中的阳性率仅为26.5%(18/68),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=34.029,P=0.000)。胃癌组织中SMURF1蛋白表达与浸润深度(χ2=5.461,P=0.019)、淋巴结转移(χ2=9.141,P=0.002)和肿瘤分期(χ2=8.380,P=0.004)显著相关,而与性别、年龄和肿瘤大小无明显相关。结论:胃癌组织中SMURF1蛋白异常高表达,其高表达与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关,提示SMURF1在胃癌发生、发展中可能发挥重要作用。 Objective: To explore the expression of SMURF1 protein and its clinical significance in gastric cancer tis- sues. Methods: SMURF1 protein was detected by immunohistochemical assay in 68 samples of surgically resected gastric canc- er and normal tumor-adjacent tissues. The correlation between SMURF1 protein expression and different clinicopathological features in gastric cancer was analyzed. Results: SMURF1 protein positive expression rate was 76.5 % (52/68) in gastric cancer tissues, while its protein positive expression rate was only 26.5 % (18/68) in matched normal-adjacent tissues, the difference was statistical significance (χ2=34. 029, P = 0. 000). The expression of SMURF1 protein was significantly correlated with depth of infiltration (χ2= 5. 461, P= 0. 019), lymph node metastasis (χ2= 9. 141, P= 0. 002) and TNM tumor stage (χ2 = 8. 380, P = 0. 004)). The expression of SMURF1 however was not correlated with sex, age and tumor size. Oonclusion: The expression of SMURF1 is elevated and its high-expression is associated with metastasis in gastric cancer tissues, suggesting that SMURF1 may promote tumour progression in gastric cancer.
