摘要
家庭医生制度是当前加强基层医疗卫生建设的一项重要工作,对于缓解无序就医、看病贵、看病难的矛盾具有重要作用。上海市通过先行试点、逐步推广的做法,为此项改革探索了路径,积累了经验,形成了受群众欢迎的家庭医生特色品牌。
Establishing family doctor system is the key work to reinforce the construction of primary healthcare. It plays important roles in relieving disordered doctor seeking, expensive medical expenditure and poor service accessing. Through pilot study and gradual spread of family doctor system in Shanghai, it has explored a way and accumulated experience in implementing this system. The practice of family doctor system in Pudong area has provided an excellent pattern for its further development, and it has become the popular health service system in Shanghai.
