摘要
本文根据国内外有关规范和标准,以及本课题组多年来参与核辐射突发事件医学应急准备与响应相关工作的经验和研究,简要介绍了核辐射突发事件医学应急现场救援方案、救援技术和物质准备的内容。验证和评价核辐射突发事件医学应急的综合应急响应能力,进而检验和提高应急预案和程序的有效性和应急准备的完善性并提出了进一步加强核辐射突发事件医学应急演练关键技术的有关建议。
According to domestic and foreign relevant norms and standards, as well as the experience and research of our group for many years, in related work of nuclear radiation accident medical emergency preparedness and response, this paper briefly introduces the nuclear radiation accident medical emergency rescue plan, rescue technology and material preparation. Integrated nuclear radiation accident medical emergency response capacity was assessed and verified, then the effectiveness and perfect of emergency preparedness plans and procedures were tested and improved. The paper proposes the relevant recommendations to further strengthen the key technology of nuclear radiation accident medical emergency exercises.
