摘要
针对3401工作面下巷,对巷道埋深、断面形状、断面尺寸、围岩、支护情况及存在问题进行了论述;运用理论分析、数值模拟和理论计算等手段,对锚杆选型、顶板应力、顶帮锚杆长度、预紧力、锚杆直径、锚杆托盘等支护参数进行了优化,在此基础上,针对不同的巷道位置提出了改进支护方案,监测了支护优化后的巷道顶底板变形情况;对改进前后的巷道支护效果进行了对比和分析,证明该软岩巷道支护优化措施效果明显。
Faking the roadway of 3401 face as the study object, the roadway depth, cross-sectional shape, section size, surrounding rock, support and the problems were discussed. Support parameters, such as anchor selection, roof stress, roof and side bolt length, pretightening force, bolt diameter, anchor plate were optimized by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and theoretical calculation. On this basis, support program was improved in view of the different roadway position, and the deformation of the roof and floor was monitored after roadway support system was optimized. Measures to support optimization were proved to be effective by the comparison and analysis of roadway effect before and after improvement.
