摘要
介绍了乙醇羰化合成丙酸的发展现状及丙酸及其酯合成方法,综述了乙醇羰基化反应机理和活性组分、催化助剂、载体的选择及其对催化过程的影响。通过对比不同的乙醇羰基化催化剂,提出现有研究的不足和今后的研究方向。
The developing situation of synthesising propionic acid by the vapor phase carbonylation of ethanol and methods of synthesizing propionic acid was introduced. The reaction mechanism of carbonylation of ethanol and the selection of active ingredient, catalytic additives, supports and their effect on catalytic process were sum-marized. The inadequacy of existing research was raised and the research trend was puted forward by comparing the different catalyst for carbonylation of ethanol.
