摘要
丙酸是目前国内十分紧缺的一种产品。介绍了丙酸的合成方法,市场前景以及在食品和饲料加工工业、医药工业等方面的应用。并根据我国国情和各种合成方法的优缺点,对我国丙酸生产提出了建议。
The synthesis methods of propionic acid, market prospect and application in food industry, feed industry and medical industry, were introduced. Based on our country＇s situation and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, some proposals for our country＇s production of propionic acid were given.
