摘要
以磷酸三苯酯(TPP)与氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐(MCA)为复配阻燃剂,经过熔融挤出法制备了无卤阻燃聚苯醚与聚苯乙烯合金(MPPO)材料,通过增加聚苯醚(PPE)和通用聚苯乙烯(GPPS)的含量以及加入DENGKA树脂(IP树脂),改善了该无卤阻燃体系的热变形性能,并对比了复合体系的熔体流动性的变化。结果表明,加入质量分数为10%的IP树脂,能很好地提高无卤阻燃MPPO体系的热变形温度,同时,改善复合体系熔体流动性。
Halogen-free flame retardant MPPO alloys were prepared by melt-extruding method,the flame retardants were triphenyl phosphate (TPP) and melamine cyanurate (MCA).Heat deformation properties of these halogen-free flame retardant composites were improved through increasing PPE contents,GPPS contents as well as the addition of IP resin,and a comparison of the melt flow properties of these composites were also made.The result showed that:as the addition of 10 wt% IP resin,the halogen-free inflame retardant MPPO alloys displayed a higher heat deformation temperature and a better melt flow property.
