摘要
利用差示扫描热法(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了乙烯-甲基丙烯酸离子键聚合物Surlyn对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)共混物的结晶性能和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,Surlyn对PET/PEN共混物具有化学成核作用。适量添加Surlyn,能促进PET/PEN共混物的成核结晶,明显提高结晶速度、结晶温度和结晶度,减小球晶尺寸,提高球晶均匀性,并有助于改善PET和PEN相容性,从而提高PET/PEN共混材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度等力学性能。本研究体系Surlyn的最佳用量为2 phr。
The effect of ethylene methacrylic acid ionomer Surlyn on the crystallization and mechanical properties of poly (ethylene terephthalate)/poly (ethylene-2, 6-naphthalat, e) (PET/PEN) blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM). The results showed that Surlyn has the chemical nucleation effect on PET/PEN blends. With the proper addition of Surlyn, the nucleating and crystallization ability of PET/PEN blends are promoted, and the crystallization rate, crystallization temperature, crystallinity and spherulite uniformity are improved while the spherulite size decreases. The compatibility of PET and PEN is improved and the mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, flexural strength, flexural modulus and notched impact strength of PET/PEN blends are enhanced due to the addition of Surlyn. The best properties are achieved when the mass content of Surly is 2 phr.
