摘要 活化白细胞黏附分子(ALCAM)是免疫球蛋白基因超家族成员,主要表达在白细胞和胸腺上皮细胞,其通过异嗜性黏附形式(ALCAM-CD6)和同嗜性黏附形式(ALCAM-ALCAM)介导细胞间黏附。研究表明,ALCAM参与多种肿瘤的发生发展,与恶性黑色素瘤、结肠癌、乳腺癌和神经胶质瘤等侵袭与转移密切相关。 Activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule ( ALCAM) is a member of immunoglobulin gene super family.It is mainly ex-pressed on leucocytes and thymic epithelial cells.ALCAM mediates cell -cell interactions by both heterophilic ( ALCAM-CD6 ) and ho-mophilic(ALCAM-ALCAM).Studies show that ALCAM plays a role on tumorigenesis and progression.ALCAM expression is closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of several human tumors , including malignant melanoma ,colon carcinoma , breast cancer and glio-blastoma.
