摘要
为了快速恢复遭受自然灾害破坏的电力线行送电,就必须在灾害现场快速建立有效通信的救灾指挥系统。基于此,对现场救灾的业务需求和广域互联技术的特点进行分析,提出了全卫星通信的方式;对现场救灾指挥局域通信方式,以及数字集群通信构架、手机互通技术进行分析,提出了数字集群通信作为现场局域通信指挥的方案;针对影响无线数字集群通信覆盖的因素,提出覆盖范围扩展方案。采用广域卫星互联与便携式无线数字集群系统相结合的方案展示了实际系统构建案例,该方案经现场实地测试,取得了满意的效果。
For rapidly recovering electric power line transmission damaged by natural disasters,it is necessary to fast establish relief command system for effective communication on the scene.Therefore,this paper analyzes business demand of field re-lief and characteristic of wide-area interconnection technology and proposes overall satellite communication mode.Meanwhile,it analyzes local communication mode for field relief command,digital trunking communication frame-work and mobile phone communication technology and proposes digital trunking communication scheme which is used for field local communication command.Aiming at factors affecting wireless digital trunking communication covering,it propo-ses an expansion scheme for covering range.By a combining scheme of wide-area satellite interconnection and portable wire-less digital trunking system,it displays a construction case of the actual system.By field testing,it proves that this scheme is of satisfactory effect.
