本文简述了有关脓毒症(Sepsis)教学的主要内容及方法,包括脓毒症的概念、发病机制、诊断标准、临床表现和治疗原则,并结合病案书写列举临床病例,旨在通过脓毒症的病案书写提高医学生对脓毒症的理解和治疗水平。
This article described the main contents and methods related to clinical teaching of sepsis,including the definition,pathogenesis,diagnostic program,clinical features and treatment strategy.Meanwhile,this article listed clinical case combined with the writing of medical records,so as to improve the understanding and treatment level of medical students through the writing of medical records of sepsis.
