摘要
皮肤撕裂伤作为一种医院内获得性不良事件正在引起全球医疗专业人员的关注，2011年以来对皮肤撕裂伤的研究日渐增多，对其发生的原因、相关因素和评估研究取得了一些进展。本文就全球皮肤撕裂伤的发生原因、相关因素和评估内容及方法进行综述，期望能有助于指导我国的皮肤撕裂伤研究和临床护理。
Skin tears as a hospital-acquired adverse event is increasing attention from medical staff around the world. The researches about skin tears have been growing up since 2011 and got some advancement in related causes and how to predict with skin tears. This article reviewed the advancement of skin tears about causes, related factors and prediction methods around the world. The author hope it can benefit to skin tears study and clinical nursing in our country.
