摘要 随着市场竞争的日益激烈,人才特别是高层次的人才成为提升企业竞争力和实现企业可持续发展的首要资源。"选、育、用、留"是企业人力资源管理的四大核心职能,企业在招聘、培训与开发、激励等方面投入大量资金提升高层次人才素质的同时,怎样留住人才成为必须面对的棘手课题。通过建立高层次人才流失风险评估预警体系,提升企业留住核心人才的能力。 As the market competition grows increasingly fierce, talents, especially high level talents, become the triumph cards for enterprises if they want to win in market competition and sustainable development. The selection, training, hiring and retaining of talents are the four primary functions for enterprises in human resources management. While enterprises heavily invest in improving the quality of their high level talents, it is more important and challenging as to how to retain them. This paper suggests that an early warning system for the risk assessment of talent drain should be established to help promote enterprises' ability to retain talents.
