摘要
目的研究生物反馈电刺激治疗膀胱过度活动症的效果,探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗与尿动力学判定的逼尿肌过度活动(DO)的关系。方法选择2010年10月至2012年12月在监利县人民医院就诊的膀胱过度活动症患者,根据尿动力检查是否合并DO分为DO组和非DO组,全部患者给予生物反馈电刺激治疗1个月,分别于治疗前和治疗结束后对患者进行排尿日记、OABSS评分、PFIQ-7评分,比较两组治疗效果,并用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析。结果接受生物反馈电刺激治疗的膀胱过度活动症患者共计86例,其中DO组51例,非DO组35例。两组患者治疗前OABSS评分、PFIQ-7评分DO组高于非DO组。治疗后每天排尿次数、排尿间隔时间、最大排尿量、平均排尿量、OABSS评分及PFIQ-7评分DO组明显低于非DO组,治疗效果评分DO组明显高于非DO组。组内比较DO组治疗前后各测量值有统计学差异,非DO组仅每天排尿次数、最大排尿量有统计学差异。结论生物反馈电刺激治疗能缓解DO组排尿症状,提高生活质量,副作用小,建议对膀胱过度活动症合并DO的患者首选生物反馈电刺激治疗。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation for overactive bladder syndrome(OAB), and research the relationship between biofeedback electrical stimulation and urodynamic detrusor overactivity(DO). MethodsWe selected patients with overactive bladder syndrome from October 2010 to December 2012, all the patients were divided into two groups (DO group and without DO group) according to whether with urodynamic detrusor overactivity or not. They were all treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation for one month, and asked to record voiding diary, OABSS score, PFIQ-7 score before and after therapy. SPSS19.0 was used to deal with the data.Results86 patients accepted biofeedback electrical stimulation, in which 51 in DO group while 35 in without DO group. OABSS score and PFIQ-7 score were obvious higher in DO group than without DO group before therapy. Average number of urination, interval micturition time, maximum volume, mean volume, OABSS score and PFIQ-7 score were significant difference before and after therapy in DO group, whereas lower than without DO group. In without DO group, only average number of urination and maximum volume had significant difference before and after therapy. ConclusionsBiofeedback electrical stimulation could relieve urinary symptom, improve quality of life, and less side effects, so we suggest overactive bladder syndrome with detrusor overactivity preferred biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy.
