摘要
目的:总结我科应用推拿按摩成功治疗自体动静脉内瘘成形术术后血栓形成的经验。方法:对我科2009年来312例自体动静脉内瘘成形术后发生血栓形成的25例行推拿按摩治疗。结果:25例血栓形成的自体动静脉内瘘完全再通,而未发生不良反应。结论:推拿按摩可以有效解除自体动静脉内瘘成形术围手术期的形成的血栓,大大提高手术成功率,安全性高,值得借鉴推广。
Objective： To summarize experiences of massage for treating thrombosis following autogenous arteriovenous fistula angioplasty. Methods：25 patients were treated by massage. Results：25 patients were cured without adverse reactions. Conclusion：Massage can remove thrombus, enhance the successful rate of surgery, and with high safety, is worthy of promotion.
