摘要
针对2Cr13不锈钢锻件锻造后开裂的问题,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对开裂断口进行了显微形貌观察并采用能谱分析(EDS)进行了微区成分测定。测试发现,锻件开裂区域的化学成分极不均匀,高含量的C、S、O、Si使得锻件的塑韧性大大降低。结果表明,铸锻工艺或热处理工艺不正确造成锻件材质成分不均匀是2Cr13不锈钢锻造后开裂的主要原因。
Aiming at the cracking problem of 2Cr13 stainless steel forging, the micro morphology of fracture was observed by SEM, and the microstructure composition was analyzed by EDS. It was found that the chemical compositions were uneven at the cracking area, the high contents of C, S, O and Si made the plasticity and toughness large reduce. The results show that the uneven composition caused by incorrect casting and forging process or improper heat treatment is the main reason for the cracking of 2Crl3 stainless steel forging.
