摘要
通过对比分析失效转动座宏观成分、成分微观分布、物相分析等化学成分、物理机械性能、组织结构等,找出转动座失效原因和失效方式,从热处理机理分析失效原理,并通过热处理工艺试验和腐蚀试验,验证分析的正确性,为评价转动座的耐蚀性能提供分析方法,为解决转动座的腐蚀问题指出方向。
; Through the analysis of chemistry component, physical mechanical performance and organization for the 2Cr13 running seat, we can discover the reason and mode of invalidation by contrasting the two different materials. Based on the abundant test data through heat treatment process test and corrosion-resistant test, we can validate the correctness of analysis. The test analysis can also provide us means of estimating the corrosion-resistant capability and indicate the right way to resolve the corrosion of the 2Cr13 running seat.
