摘要
研究了超声波作用下超声振动时间和外加载荷对Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE/Cu钎焊接头性能的影响。结果表明:超声振动时间越长,金属间化合物层厚度越薄,钎焊接头的剪切强度先增大后减小;加载量越大,金属间化合物层厚度越薄,钎焊接头的剪切强度先减小后增大。
The effects of ultrasonic time and load parameters on the properties of Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE/Cu brazing joint was studied. The results show that: ultrasonic time is longer, the thickness of the inter metal compounds layer becomes thinner, while the shear strength of the solder joint increases first and then decreases. With the greater mass loading, the thickness of the inter metal compounds layer becomes thinner, the shear strength of the welded joints of the performance decreases first and then increases.
