摘要
由于哈密地区天中特高压直流的投运以及哈密近区千万千瓦级大规模风电的集中接入,新疆电网将正式进入"风、火打捆外送"和"交、直流混联外送"的局面。天中特高压直流电压等级高、输送功率大,同时由于哈密地区短路水平较低,当直流大功率传送时发生故障易对交流系统特别是对系统电压产生较大影响,而由于哈密地区风机自身对系统运行电压、频率的要求较高,当直流故障造成电压波动后,易造成哈密近区风机大面积脱网,影响风电送出的可靠性,同时风机脱网将进一步恶化系统电压,产生连锁反应。本文通过对系统进行仿真,从直流及风机的运行特性方面,同时结合直流送端无功控制系统及直流稳控系统等,分析了直流系统故障对系统电压及近区风机运行造成的影响,通过进一步分析并采取相应措施,减小直流系统故障对系统电压波动及风机脱网的影响,提高直流系统故障后系统暂态、稳态电压稳定性的同时,提高当地风电送出的可靠性,有效提高电网对风电的接纳能力。
Due to the commissioning of extreme high voltage Dc power transmission project and millions of wind power plant interconnection on Hami region,Xinjiang power grid has been coming into a "wind and fire after"and"AC mixed with DC" times.Because of high voltage,high power and low Short circuit current level, the fault of DC power transmission will make great influence to the system voltage near Hami region.Then fan is of high requirements on voltage,so it is easy to affect the normal operation of the wind power. This article through to the simulation system,from the aspects of DC and operation characteristics of the wind power,besides of character of reactive power control system and stability control system,analyze the influence of DC fault on voltage and wind farm. Finally, it has been made further analysis on influence of DC faults to find the measures to solve the problem in order to improve the ability of acceptance of wind power grid.
