冬小麦不同收获期千粒质量的变化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 对山西省冬麦区当前使用的5个小麦品种不同收获时期千粒质量的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,不同品种在不同收获期千粒质量差异显著;小麦千粒质量在完熟期比蜡熟期下降约2.33 g;小麦千粒质量最高时的植株农艺性状及籽粒特征为:穗及穗脖黄白、茎节淡绿,籽粒极易被指甲切割等。研究结果将为确定冬小麦的最佳收获期提供一定的参考依据,从而实现小麦的丰产丰收。 Five winter wheat cultivators planted in winter wheat area in Shanxi Province were used to study the change law of thousand kernel weight at different harvest period in maturity time. The result showed that there were significant difference there were in 1 000 kernel weight between cultivators harvested at different time; The thousand-kernel weight at full ripeness period than the ripening period had a decline about 2.33 g; Wheat kernels per plant agronomic traits and grain characteristics at the peak period were that the head and neck light yellow or, green, internodes were vulnerable to nail cutting, etc. The test results would provide certain reference for optimal harvest time of wheat varieties to realize the good production and bumper harvest in wheat.
