摘要
目的：建立复方龙血竭胶囊中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属及有害元素含量的测定方法。方法：采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS），样品经微波消解后测定，在线引入内标以校正基体效应。结果：各元素在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好（r≥0.9990）；检测限为0.389 ng·g^-1～3.548ng·g^-1；加样回收率为87.5％～109.4％，RSD （n＝9）均小于9.1％。结论：该方法较简便、快速、准确，可用于复方龙血竭胶囊中有害元素的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Fufanglongxuejie capsules.Meth-ods The samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）after microwave digestion.The inter-nal standard solution was used to eliminate the matrix effect.Result Each element showed good linearity in certain concentration range （r≥0.9990）.The detection limits ranged from 0.389 ng·g^-1 ～3.548ng·g^-1.The average recoveries were from 87.5% to 109.4% with RSD no more than 9.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,efficient and accurate for determination of heavy metals in Fufanglongxuejie capsules.
