摘要
阐述了钢铁企业厂内物流的信息化不同发展历程,比较了国内外钢铁企业厂内物流信息化发展的差距以及由此所导致的物流成本数倍之差异。通过对A钢铁企业在厂内物流的信息化发展现状的分析,指出了其在厂内物流信息化发展中的不足之处,并针对这些不足提出了若干建议。
The paper describes the information development of internal logistics at iron and steel enter prises and makes a comparison of domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises in the respect and differ ence of logistics cost. Based on the analysis of information development of internal logistics at an iron and steel enterprise, the paper points out the shortcomings and makes some suggestions, such as sharing of da-ta resource, service management decision, integrating of information system, blending of information tech nology, improving of logistic efficiency, adjusting of system function, and so on.
