介绍条码、射频识别在大直径焊管生产线物料识别中的应用及与MES的集成方案;通过在焊管生产线关键加工岗位设置条码扫描或射频识别设备,自动读取载体上的管号信息,并与生产管理系统中的信息进行校验,最终保证产品在加工过程质量追溯及跟踪的正确性,提高产品的质量保证水平。
Described in the essay are application of barcode and RFID to material identification in the large- sized SAW pipe production line, and their integrations with MES. Pipe number information can be read automatically bar code-scanning device or the RFID system as located at the key processing points of the production line, and then compared with the information in the production management system so as to ensure correct in-process tracing and tracking of the product, and thus improve the product QA level.
