摘要
目的总结封闭负压引流技术(VSD)在慢性创面中应用的临床效果。方法对2012年11月—2013年11月该科使用VSD治疗36例慢性创面,进行观察和分析。结果 36例患者疗效满意。结论 VSD安全简便,对慢性创面能促进伤口清洁、肉芽组织生长和创面缩小,控制感染,缩短治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。
Objective To summarize the treatment effect of VSD using in 36 cases of chronic wounds. Method To survey and analyze the effect of 36 cases of Chronic Wounds from November 2012 to November 2013 by using VSD. Result The 36 cases are satisfied with the efficacy of this treatment. Conclusion VSD is safe and convenient. VSD,which can facilitate the cleaning of chronic wounds and the growth of granulation tissue,reduce the chronic wound area,control the infection,shorten treatment time and relieve the suffering of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
