负压封闭引流技术对地震所致的四肢开放损伤伤口的应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨地震所致的四肢开放损伤伤口的治疗方法。方法对15例地震所致四肢开放损伤伤口,采用清创封闭负压引流技术(VSD)的处理方法,伤口清洁后采用直接缝合、游离植皮、邻位皮瓣和带蒂皮瓣转移闭合伤口;根据伤口创面分泌培养结果选用敏感抗生素积极治疗。结果全组15例四肢开放损伤伤口全部愈合。结论地震所致的四肢开放损伤伤口采用清创封闭负压引流技术(VSD)处理方法,可以加快伤口愈合和肢体功能恢复。 Objective To explore the method of treatment of open limb injury in earthquake. Methods In 15 patients with open wounds on the limbs in earthquake, the wounds were treated with debridement and vacuum sealing drainage. Then the wounds were closed with suturation, skin grafting and pedaled skin flap. The sensitive antibiotics were administrated according to the eultural result of the wounds. Results Fifteen patients with wounds healed in time. Conclusion Applying vacuum sealing drainage to limbs open jury in earthquake, the wotmd healing would be accelerated and the function of limbs would be quickly recovered.
