摘要
聘任制是一种新型的人事管理制度,目前在高职院校辅导员队伍中广泛使用。以"心理契约"和"人力资源管理岗位分析"理论为基础,分析聘任制辅导员在高职院校的现状和职业发展困境,提出岗位建设和工作团队解决思路,旨在推动辅导员队伍专业化良性发展。
The appointment system is a kind of new personnel management system, now widely used in Higher Vo- cational College Counselor team. In this paper, the "psychological contract" and "human resource management job analysis" theory as the foundation, analyzed the appointment counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges and the present situation of occupation development dilemma, post construction and team solutions, aiming to promote a team of professional development.
