摘要
基于商用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc,通过对工具转动渐近成形(Rotational Incremental Sheet Forming,RISF)过程板料温度分布进行数值模拟,分析了板料在渐近成形过程中温度分布及工具转速对温度分布的影响。结果表明,工具转动渐近成形下刀过程温度分布为以工具与板料接触中心为圆心的圆形区域,工具水平移动过程的温度分布为随工具移动接触中心不为圆心的不规则圆形区域。转速虽不影响整体板料温度分布,但转速升高产生热量增多,热作用面积增大。
The temperature field distribution pattern of RSIF was simulated based on MSC. Marc, and the temperature distribution law and the influence of tool rotation speed on the law were analyzed during the process of RISF. The results show that during the process of vertical feeding, the temperature field is a circular area whose center is the contact point of the tool and the sheet; during the process of horizontal feeding, the temperature field whose center is not contact point is an irregular circular area moving with the forming tool. Though the forming tool rotation speed has no influence on the temperature field distribution, the produced heat and the area of high - temperature region increase with the speed increasing.
