摘要
为了实现空调翅片的精密高速冲压,设计了一款精密高速伺服数控冲床用主机结构。重点介绍了冲床主机的整体设计、床身结构设计、传动系统的设计、闭合高度调节系统的设计和液压系统的设计。通过分析开闭式机身结构优缺点、铸造结构特点、球墨铸铁材料特性和框架结构床身的受力特点后设计出整体框架闭式球墨铸铁铸造结构的床身;为了满足翅片高速冲压和大冲压力的要求,设计出采用齿轮增力的伺服电机驱动的传动系统;根据螺旋传动的特点,设计出由伺服电机、调节螺杆组成的闭合高度调节机构;为了实现滑块平衡施压、缓冲保护床身及提模换模的作用,设计出一种液压过载保护系统。设计计算表明,该冲床主机的床身具有较高的强度和刚度,传动系统、闭合高度调节系统和液压系统满足冲床生产翅片的动作要求。
A kind of mechanism structure of servo CNC punching press was designed to realize the precise high - speed stamping of the air conditioner fin. The design of the overall structure of main machine, the bed structure, the transmission system, the closed height adjusting system and the hydraulic system were mainly introduced. The closed nodular cast iron cast structure of overall framework bed was de- signed based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of welding, the features of east structure and nodular cast iron, and the load- ing features of framework structure; the transmission system based on servo motor together with gear reinforcement mechanism was de- signed to meet the requirements of high speed and large force stamping of fin; the height adjusting mechanism combined with servo motor and adjusting screw was designed according to the characteristics of helical transmission ; and the hydraulic overload protection system was designed to realize the pressure balance of slider, the buffer and protection of bed, and the lift and change of die. The calculated results show that the bed structure of main machine has high strength and stiffness, and the transmission system, the closed height adjusting system and the hydraulic system are suitable for the press movement in the production of fins.
