摘要
介绍了一种由液压驱动、可编程控制器控制的成形冲压机,并对其液压系统工作原理以及PLC控制冲压机的方法、硬件的选择和梯形图的绘制等方面进行了分析和设计,该设备具有效率高、质量好、能量省、成本低等特点。
This paper introduces a PLC controlled hydraulic forming punch machine. The principle of the hydraulic system and the PLC control method of punching machine are discussed in depth. The hardware selection and ladder diagram design are also provided. Applications shows that the system has high efficiency and good quality with low energy consumption and low-cost.
