摘要
目的探讨甘肃省14个市、州医疗机构的卫生资源配置情况,为本省医疗机构卫生资源的配置提供可行的科学建议。方法利用因子分析法分析14个市、州医疗机构的卫生资源配置情况,根据各因子得分和总因子得分评价各市、州的卫生资源配置情况。结果各地区卫生资源配置情况不同,其中经济发展快的兰州、嘉峪关、金昌、张掖和酒泉等市卫生资源配置情况与其他地区相比较好。但各市、州卫生人力资源、病人住院费用和病床使用等方面存在不合理现象。结论根据本地区区域卫生规划合理配置卫生资源,加大人力资源投入和激励机制,开发病人住院费用预警机制以及做好病床的合理设置。
OBJECTIVE explore the health resources allocation of medical institutions of the 14 districts in Gansu, to provide feasible suggestion for a fair allocation of health resources. METHODS Using factor analysis method to analysis the health resources alloca- tion of medical institutions of the 14 districts, according to each factor score and total factor score evaluate the allocation of health re- sources of the 14 districts in Gansu. RESULTS Health resources of the 14 districts were different, the faster economic development of Lanzhou, Jia Yuguan, Jinehang, Zhangye, Jiuquan allocation of health resources situation is better than other areas. But the hospi- talization expenses, health human resources, and the bed using existed unreasonable phenomenon. CONCLUSIONS According to the regional health planning in this region to rational allocation the health resources, increasing investment in human resources, developing the patient hospitalization cost early warning mechanism and setting up reasonable sickbed.
