对非洲安全事务的参与及合作是英国国家安全战略的重要组成部分。安全战略与军事存在是英国对非洲安全合作的基础,预防冲突是安全合作的主要形式,通过与其他西方大国和相关国家共同对非洲实施的政治、军事干预,是英国确立对非洲安全影响力的有效手段,对非洲国家的发展方向产生重大影响。英国主导的对非洲安全合作形式、预防冲突机制及其相关项目具有广泛的区域辐射性与渗透力,有利于巩固英国在非洲的传统影响力。英国对非洲安全合作的相关措施和成效对中国具有一定借鉴意义。
Participation and Cooperation in African security affairs is an important part of the British national security strategy. Security strategy and military presence are essential for British security cooperation in Africa, and conflict prevention is the main interventions, through form of the UK security cooperation. Political and military cooperation with other Western powers and relevant African countries, are the effective means to strengthen British influence on African security, which could exert significant impact on the development trend of African countries. As a dominant form of British security cooperation in Africa, the mechanism of conflict prevention and its related projects have extensive powers of regional radiation and penetration, which is conducive to consolidating UK＇s traditional influence in Africa. Measures and achievements made by the UK in security cooperation in Africa can be a significant reference for China＇s security strategy in Africa.
