摘要
目的研究中医治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年3月～2013年9月到本院接受治疗的慢性肾炎患者90例,将其平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者服用西药控制病情,观察组患者服用中药治疗,两组均治疗55 d,记录患者的病情变化情况及病症积分,检验尿红细胞、24 h尿蛋白自定量及尿蛋白指数。结果对照组患者的总效率为75.6%,观察组为91.1%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的病症积分、尿检指数降幅高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中医治疗治疗慢性肾炎的效果优于西医。
Objective To research the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 90 cases with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from March 2012 to September2013 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Two groups were treated for 50 days.The illness and symptom score of the patients were recorded.The urine red cell,24 h urinary protein quantitation and proteinuria index of the patients were tested. Results The total effect rate was 75.6% in control group patients,the total effect rate was 91.1% in observation group patients,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）,the symptom score,urine index in observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the TCM therapy for the treatment of chronic nephritis is superior to Western medicine.
